Job Description


As the Coordinator, Digital Onboarding, you will be responsible for the enrichment and deployment of digital product content, driving online sales and ensuring all content meets the needs of both external and internal customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive end to end digital process by working with internal and external partners to acquire data, images/photography and copy
  • Load content and images into internal PIM (Riversand)
  • Follow conventions established in the Online Product Content Style Guide(s), develop/source appropriate content and assets, and ensure data complies with Indigo standards
  • Communicate and collaborate with remote teams to create the best and most accurate content for Indigo brands
  • Optimize content on new and existing items for internal and external search
  • Comfortable with large lists of data/spreadsheets, and sometimes repetitive tasks
  • Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
  • Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them
  • Collaborate with others to create flexible and interactive solutions, quickly and easily
  • Share technical knowledge with others and actively seek to learn from those more knowledgeable than yourself
  • Help others see the impacts of their efforts and proactively engage other functions to get input
  • Encourage others to freely share their point of view and be open to feedback

Qualifications


WHO YOU ARE:

  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel), Outlook & Internet applications
  • Highly attentive to detail & accuracy in data entry
  • Strong, professional and effective verbal/active listening and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, ability to operate independently and be self-motivated within a collaborative team structure
  • Project management, organization, and business analysis skills
  • Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Enthusiastic, team oriented but comfortable with some degree of ambiguity
  • Bilingualism in English/French would be an asset
