We are currently seeking a legal assistant/law clerk to work in our Corporate/Commercial department on a full-time basis.
Completion of law clerk or paralegal program is required. Some experience working in a Corporate/Commercial practice is an asset. Familiarity with FastCo, ONCORP and assisting in all Corporation/Commercial legal matters is required, including: incorporations, annual resolutions, transactional resolutions and other document preparation.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple Corporate/Commercial files at the outset of their employment.
