Kelly's customer, a long-standing Canadian Business, that continues to grow, is looking for a Credit/Administrative Assistant to work for 3 months out of their Putnam Office, providing Credit and Administrative support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Request updated credit information from a high volume of customers via email, mail and Versapay
  • Advise customers of updated Terms & Conditions
  • Retain and file documentation
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage data entry in Agre and Shared Drive
  • Pull credit reports of applications for review
  • Other administrative tasks as required/assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication skills
  • Attention to Detail • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Time Management Skills
  • High Level of Integrity / Confidentiality
  • Strong Customer Service Focus
  • Administrative experience
  • Credit experience an asset
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Proficiency with DocuSign an asset

PERKS:

  • Work Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm
  • $20 - $22 per hour plus 4% Vacation Pay on each pay cheque
