We are hiring a Customer Care Representative in our Cobourg store. This contract role will work between 24 and 40 hours per week serving our Members and customers.

Position Details
In this role you will be doing things like:
- Passport photos, selling memberships, tour books
- Placing outbound calls to Travel Suppliers for Travel Agents
- Provide Travel Clients with necessary travel requirements based on current Covid and travel protocols
- Invoicing travel files for Travel Agents
- Attaching and verifying supplier invoices to Travel files
- Support with Travel Agents with Accounting adjustments. (eg. Verify Travel invoice with Clientlinq files)
- Providing payment to Travel Suppler based on Travel Agent requirements
