Are you a passionate about providing customer service that exceeds client expectations? Are you comfortable in a fast-paced retail clinic environment, and looking for an opportunity to make a difference? If so, a career at Connect Hearing as a Client Care Representative may be right for you!

Our Sarnia clinic team is actively seeking an independent self-starter to own the end-to-end client experience.

Reporting Relationship: You will be a key member of the in-clinic Retail Team, reporting directly to the Regional Clinic Manager.

At a high level, you will:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations at every turn
  • Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
  • Conduct cleanings, product maintenance, and minor in-clinic device repairs
