Job description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Customer Service Representative will work cooperatively with customers, sales representatives, as well as the logistics and technical teams to ensure that Brampton Brick’s customers receive quality product and service in a timely and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Education Requirements
- Post secondary training is an asset
Work Experience
- Experience in customer service environments
- Worked in coordination with outside sales people
Skills/Abilities Required
- Displays mature behavior.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and capable to quickly gain working knowledge of software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem solving skills; ability to make timely but sound decisions.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Manage changing priorities, demands and constant interruptions.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Team player, but is able to work independently.
Contract length: Full time
Expected start date: February 2023.
