Requirements:
- Communicate with tour agents to discuss booking details and to prepare tour confirmation documents.
- Arrange aurora cabins assignment and hotel booking as well as flight bookings for clients.
- Book optional tours with suppliers according to the clients’ request.
- Arrange bus and guides schedule according to daily itineraries.
- At least 6 months experience in Tourism industry.
- Ability to effectively manage and communicate with internal and external customers.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin, Cantonese is preferable.
