Customer Service Representation Job at CFT Canada
EZ-Ship Software, a company specialized in Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG) and shipping TDG software development, is looking for a customer service representative. This position does not require experience in this field; however, experience in this field as well as knowledge of dangerous goods is an asset.
The sale representative will be responsible for:
-Acquisition of new customers.
-Maintain relation with current customer as well as renewing contract.
-Invoicing and taking customer orders.
-Implementing marketing strategies, oriented social medias.
-Represent company in trade show/events.
Other requirements:
-The candidate must be proficient in both French and English. English level has to be excellent because the United States will be the main target.
-The candidate must be independent and confident with making decisions.
-The candidate must be comfortable with public speaking.
Advantage(s): Work hours are 09h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday in Dorval (Quebec) This position is based on 35 hours work week. In addition, the employee will have an insurance plan available to them once the probationary period is completed.
