Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Insurance company starting as soon as possible. This customer service representative is expected to have exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written. You must be reliable (as this role is fully onsite Monday-Friday) and you should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask.

The intent of the process is to find a candidate to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

This contract role (11 weeks) is fully onsite Monday- Friday and the successful candidate must be available for all 3 shifts times as follows, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm. Depending on how the 11 weeks go (performance, compatibility, etc.) there is a possibility of extension to perm. This role pays $18/hr and the successful candidate who moves forward must pass a criminal background check at their own expense.

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
