Our company is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail. We're looking for candidates who can remain strong and healthy while exerting energy on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Record and respond to all Customer contacts and update in system
- Manage and ensure appropriate follow-up and closure for all customer contacts
- Provide on-site as well as telephone orientations to new and existing members
- Process and resolve complaints and record given information in the system
- Schedule marketing appointments
- Respond to all claim billing inquiries
- All other duties and special projects as assigned by Associate Executive Director
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
