Customer Service Representative Job at York University

Purpose:
YUSA 2 staff support the full time staff in enhancing the student experience. Duties include, but are not limited to: welcoming students and visitors, handling customer problems and complaints, providing support to different student service units within Sport and Recreation, selling membership and renewals, monitoring the facility for compliance, safety and security.

Education:
Emergency First Aid and CPR B or higher.

Experience:
Prior involvement in customer service or in an athletic setting would be an asset.

Skills:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
