This is an entry-level position. We want to invest in candidates who are interested in growing into management roles. You will be working both collaboratively and individually within our team to innovate our standard of service.

Our Customer Service Representatives:

• Liase with all departments to ensure that our customers receive accurate and up-to-date information and a uniform service experience
• Contribute to office meetings and provide second hand customer feedback
• Research products and services to maintain up to date knowledge of all offered services
• Use creative problem solving and critical thinking skills to deliver timely solitons to customers
• Use their interpersonal skills to build strong professional relationships with an array of customers
