As a key contributor to meeting Rifco Sales target, the DSR will work with dealers across our network to grow Rifco market share. This dynamic role encompasses both sales and dealer support. A key function of the role will be assisting dealers to book loans with Rifco. The DSR will use your past great customer service skills in conjunction with proven sales results. We will consider a remote position within Alberta for the right candidate.

- At least 2 years’ experience in automotive lending or asset-based lending.

- Collaborate with dealer partners to get applications from submitted to funded with great success.
- Educate dealers on the most efficient and effective way to use and interact with Rifco.
- Collaborate with the field team to support action plans with our dealers.
- Build relationships with supporting teams (credit/funding) to provide best in class service to dealers.
- At all times, be great at service to make it easy for our dealers to want to come back to us.
