Your Contribution

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of products for customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading, and unloading delivery vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. A day in the life of a Delivery Driver includes:

  • Establish long-term relationships with Occupational Therapist and clients by providing superior customer service
  • Delivery and pickup of medical equipment including manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
  • Notify management of complaints as well as provide information to clients when required
  • Obtain signatures for all invoices upon delivery
  • Schedule vehicle maintenance and operate vehicle in a safe manner
  • Ensure equipment is handled according to standards
  • Other tasks as required, generally warehouse related

  • Excellent time management capabilities and flexibility
  • Client focused including going above and beyond so our clients leave feeling everything has been taken care of for them
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Knowledge of products would be an asset
  • Customer service experience would be an asset
  • Clean Driver’s abstract and valid driver’s license

Applicants should be comfortable dealing with vulnerable people that may have various special needs and should be empathetic to their circumstances. Applicants must be compliant with public health and workplace safety regulations. Given the nature of this role, this compliance may require applicants to, among other things, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to provide satisfactory proof of vaccination.
