QUALIFICATIONS
- Physically fit – you will be doing heavy lifting for extended periods of time in a fast-paced repetitive work environment.
- Previous related experience is an asset.
- Embodies quality, safety, and customer service.
- Must be detail oriented and well organized with good communication skills
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Role Responsibilities:
- Travel with driver on delivery routes
- Assist driver with offloading product (heavy lifting)
- Perform the delivery function with excellent customer service in mind
- Comply with all safety rules and procedures and Ministry of Transportation laws
- Assist transportation team members, complete tasks and meet customer service requirements; Must maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record
- Use proper lifting techniques
- Other duties may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.09-$21.77 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Whistler, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work Location: One location
