Shift Time for Demand Planner/Inventory analyst:

• 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities for Demand Planner/Inventory analyst:

• Coordinates all orders for Marine Deal/boat builders to ensure corporate sales and profitability goals are achieved and meet dealer needs unique to their operating structures.
• Responsible for the updating and maintenance of database files.
• Providing analysis of dealer activities improving effectiveness and efficiency in our systems
• Make recommendations to improve the efficiency of Marine and field staff to meet the needs of all customers.
• Improve or develop new methods of data analysis.
• Maintain detailed and up to date information from all sources available regarding the dealer inventory, boat builder inventory, annual retail program progress, back orders, etc.
• Anticipate business issues in advance and provide potential solutions.
• Ensure all Marine initiatives are integrated with boat packages, outboard motors and parts and accessories.

Requirements for Demand Planner/Inventory analyst:

• University Degree preferred or equivalent College and related work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within a similar position of inside sales and business analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Power Point and Access
• Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support and advocate for the dealer to ensure business issues are investigated and understood to find a mutually agreeable business relationship.

Pay Rate for Demand Planner/Inventory analyst:

• The pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.
• Approx $60-$70K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
