Our dental clinic located in West Vancouver, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working, experienced Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 36 hours per week
• Monday-Friday, 1 Saturday every 2 months

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3 years of dental experience is required as a Senior Dental Administrator
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker or Cleardent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
