Job Summary:

The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for managing the company's digital media channels, creating and implementing digital media campaigns, and developing engaging and informative content for our website and social media platforms. The role requires a creative and analytical individual who can develop and execute strategies to improve our online presence, drive engagement, and increase traffic to our website while also focusing on managing a budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's digital media strategy, including website management, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to effectively reach potential customers and talent.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and blog that aligns with the company's brand and values, capturing the attention of both target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and website analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement, maximizing the impact of our budget.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, including developing and executing social media campaigns, managing social media accounts, and responding to customer inquiries and comments, ensuring a high level of engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's digital communication is consistent and aligned with the overall brand strategy, providing a cohesive message to both potential customers and talent.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to develop digital campaigns that drive traffic and conversions on the company's website, optimizing the budget and maximizing ROI.
  • Research and implement new digital media tools and trends to improve the company's digital presence and engagement, keeping up with the industry's latest developments.
  • Manage the company's email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional emails, targeting both potential customers and talent.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute digital media campaigns, ensuring the highest quality and most cost-effective service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media marketing, website management, and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, including SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for various digital media channels, targeting both potential customers and talent.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while also focusing on managing a budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making, ensuring the most effective use of the budget.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to travel to various locations across Canada.
