Position: 1.0 FTE Director of Administrative Services – Non-Union

Location: Serving Leeds & Grenville (Brockville office)

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, flexibility is required, Monday to Friday

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Administrative Services is responsible for administrative functions and project management of the organization. This is a dynamic Management position that will supervise an administrative team; align and monitor progress of agency priorities and develop administrative processes to support the clinical programming of the agency.

Qualifications:

· Relevant University or College education, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset;

· Experience in a supervisory role;

· Proficient using Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Visio; and Adobe;

· Demonstrated Project Management skills and Change Management practices;

· Excellent communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills;

· Superlative organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with competing timelines;

· Ability to create detailed work plans and project charters including key deliverables and timelines; and

· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
