Role overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Director of Marketing to help us promote our offerings, and identify what consumers want so we can create more. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding and a solid commercial understanding that will have the ability to lead a team of Brand and Project Managers and interact with clients on a regular basis. What you’ll be doing

Lead the development of our marketing plans with a 360-mindset working closely with, clients, sales colleagues, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our key brands within the company portfolio

Develop short- and long-term GBC growth (volume, mix, efficiencies)

Contribute to the overall goals of CCI as an active member of the local management team (CLT Country Leadership Team) as well as regional GC and CEL. The teams consist of experienced and ambitious local and international professionals.

Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations

Maintain and further develop a clear portfolio strategy, positioning, and growth platforms across a number of brands within the beer, cider and RTD categories

Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales

Hold regular meetings with Brand and Project Managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure team consistently performs above standard

Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis

Ensure that Brands and Trade Marketing funds are invested in the most efficient way, maximizing the volume growth impact, the brand ROI, our market shares, and the company EBIT

What we’re looking for

Master or bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications

Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
