*Full time Position with one day of weekend Included.
If you have experience with Intermodal dispatch and working with the GTA Rail Yards,
Skills Required:
- 1 - 5 years of experience in an Inter modal Dispatch related position. Mandatory!
- Strong command over English – both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Should have knowledge with CP or CN Rail systems Knowledge of Vendor Web Software
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be familiar with (GTA) Greater Toronto Area
- Must be able to work in fast paced and team Environment Duties
- Communicating with customers and responding to their queries (via phone or email) in a professional and timely manner.
- Continually update customers as to the status of each order as required and solve customer specific freight issues.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers
- Dispatching drivers from or to Rail Terminals
- Planning & organizing next day deliveries
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with the clients, Drivers and other employees
**College diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills
Weekend shift required. ***Good Salary Package.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
