People Store Staffing Solutions is looking to hire distribution center associates for our client, the largest online grocery distribution project in Canada – Voilà by IGA! This $100 million facility is located in Pointe-Claire, on the island of Montreal.

Voilà is a cutting-edge online grocery home delivery service in the Greater Montreal Area.

Pay rate: $18.20 to $21.20 per hour (depending on the channel and role)

Shifts Available:

• Days - Sunday to Wednesday (7am-5pm)

Wednesday to Saturday (7am-5pm)

• Nights - Sunday to Wednesday (8pm-6am)

Wednesday to Saturday (8pm-6am)

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in multiple temperature zones degrees, protective wear for low temperatures will be provided
• Use of RF/on screen devices
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects upwards to 40lbs
• High Visibility Vest
• Foot Protection (CSA Approved)

Key Support Accountabilities:

• Operations – maintaining accurate inventory levels to provide efficient flow of completed orders
• Replenishment – ensuring accurate inventory levels at all times and providing relative reporting to allow accurate ordering of product
• Maintenance – identify building/equipment maintenance issues
• Safety – reporting any safety hazards or inappropriate behavior that may result in damage, loss, injuries
• Loss Prevention – identifying product issues or theft
• Engagement – we hold each other accountable to live the Sobeys/Voilà mission and values
• CSAT – ensuring top quality and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction
