Our client, a respected garden center, is seeking DZ drivers for their Georgetown location.
Job description
- Operating an automatic 26 ft. straight truck
- Driver is responsible for safe and timely delivery of nursery stock, handbombing as required
- Delivery of plants, trees, shrubs, or soil on skids as far as London, Kingston or Huntsville
- Complete driver log book, inspection reports, incident reports
Shifts
- Monday to Friday, day shift, start time approximately 6:00am
- Flexibility to work Saturday’s when necessary
Skills
- Physical ability and comfort lifting up to 50lbs
- Professionalism and excellence in customer service
- Document use
- Team work
- Time management and punctuality
- Highly safety conscious
Education & Experience
- 2 years experience commercial DZ Driving
- Experience operating pallet jack
- Valid Abstract
