What you’ll do:

The eCommerce Merchandising Student will be responsible for helping in the day-to-day operations of the FGL & Marks Drop Ship team. You will be responsible for the accurate and on time delivery of scheduled reporting, Drop Ship aged order management, competitive analysis, post mortem analysis and other ad hoc requests.

  • Manage & track the FGL & Marks Drop Ship aged orders & customer service escalations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external Vendors to troubleshoot aged or errored orders in the system
  • Help with the regular reporting of financial and site metrics.
  • Build new financial and site reporting tools in order to help identify opportunities.
  • Building category analysis on specific seasonally relevant categories.
  • Analyze customer shopping patters and provide suggestions on how to improve the current offering and customer experience using site analytics.

What you bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous Google analytics experience a strong asset
  • Previous Merchandising/eCommerce site experience a strong asset
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to function in an environment with a high level of ambiguity and change.
  • Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and able to use data to drive decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, influence change, collaborate, and persuade cross-functionally at all levels of the organization and with external partners
