Location/Lieu: Sudbury, Ontario
Position/Poste: Employment Support Worker – On call/Casual, Contract until end of March 2024
Duties/Fonctions:
- provide on-the-job-training to persons with disabilities
- develop job analysis for positions in conjunction with employers
- develop individualized, creative strategies to instruct persons with a disability
- provide employee, employer sensitization, as required
- report writing
Qualifications/Compétences requises:
- Degree or diploma in Social Services or related field
- Experience in employment counseling or vocational rehabilitation is an asset
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Computer literate (MS Office 2000 and Windows)
- Valid driver’s license and use of car is necessary
- Bilingualism is preferred
