Skills Required:

• Exceptional understanding of Digital Marketing Stack including architecting and designing for performance and scalability and working with Object to Relational Mapping schemes for distributed data access
• Experience in Adobe Martech suite (Adobe AEM, Campaign, Target, Analytics)
• Knowledgeable of Real Time decision engine platforms and integration with the enterprise applications / platforms
• Experience in Web technologies including API, Servlets, JSP, and XML. Should have hands on experience in developing web applications.
• Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL, DB2 or Sybase. Should be proficient in SQL commands
• Experience working with any of the Servlet containers or Enterprise containers like Jakarta tomcat, BEA Weblogic, IBM WebSphere or JBOSS. Should have knowledge in using any of the mentioned servers like deployment, configuring & troubleshooting
• Knowledge in web services, JMS, Middleware tools (like Web Methods, Vitria), Web frameworks (like Struts, Spring), Design Patterns (like MVC I, MVC II etc)
• Knowledge of components for enterprise architecture like enterprise beans is a plus
• Experience enterprise-wide standardization, deployment and management
• Ability to lead /support technical concept work e.g. RFI, RFP, transition to project designers with an eye to ensuring alignment with overall vision and delivery
• Keen appetite for learning relevant technologies and for continuous self-improvement
• Excellent analytical abilities and innovative problem-solving skills
• Solid fundamentals in Core Java & Object Oriented concepts
• Experience with application vendors and building solutions involving vendor applications
• Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate solutions and influence decisions towards a positive outcome
• Knowledge of Financial Service industries and digital distribution channels
• Knowledge in Cloud solutions

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with integration with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
• Experience with Pega / SAAS

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Primarily accountable for the successful design and implementation of customer experience initiatives across global enterprise and standardization of customer experience tools across different portfolios
• Should be able to put together complete strategy for smoother adoption
• Build strong relationships within business and IT teams across the globe ultimately influencing positive outcomes
• Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
• Works in conjunction with Director and executive leadership to build a collaborative work environment to encourage contribution from technology teams
• Champion good design practices and alignment with technical strategies
• Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing solutions
• Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the digital enterprise systems and tools used
• Demonstrate strong ownership of the vision/roadmap ensuring delivery alignment
• Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
• Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $87,343.31-$130,347.32 per year
