Our client, one of the leaders in their industry and a Fortune 500 company, is looking to hire back office finance administrators to help support their corporate office located in the Burlington, ON area.

Please note - this is not a work from home role. Qualified candidates must be willing and able to work Hybrid in the Burlington, ON area.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• System Maintenance- working in Salesforce, Finance Express and ORACLE from time to time
• Updating quotes in the internal database, rates changes, machine changes
• Ensures that all conditions of the transaction credit approval and/or commitment letter are correctly documented in the documentation package for each transaction.
• May communicate with internal/external counsel and other pertinent internal/external parties as needed to prepare and execute the necessary documentation.
• Gathers information to determine proper legal names, guarantors, authorized signers, and types of board resolutions required to complete transaction documents. Typical financing documents may include loan/lease agreements, promissory notes, mortgages, security agreements, guaranties, assignments, and other transaction documents.
• Confirms insurance coverage against standard requirements, follows up for any deficiencies, and may negotiate coverage to complete the document file. May coordinate with management and insurance brokers to confirm that insurance coverage is adequate and that the approved carrier rating for the insurance company is acceptable.

Must Have Experience/Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication (English)
• Degree or Diploma in Business, Admin, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Etc.
