Enviro Doctors Inc. is a growing and leading company that provides asbestos abatement, mould remediation and selective demolition services to the commercial, industrial and residential markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending site visits, reading tender documents and specifications, reading blue prints and putting together the bid proposal for commercial projects. For residential clients, they will be required to attend the residence, do an assessment and put together the estimate.

Lastly, they will be required to provide management with updates on their projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings and specifications
• Prepare bid submissions/quotes and send to the client in a timely manner
• Understand the scope of work as well as contract terms and conditions
• Prepare take offs for projects including labour and material
• Meet all deadlines
• Keep up to date regarding changes in industry guidelines, codes and regulations
• Work with site supervisor/lead hand on projects

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the asbestos industry
• Experience in Asbestos estimating
• Knowledge of the demolition industry
• Experience in reading blueprints and developing cost estimates
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures
• Strong work ethic
• Must lead by example, be accountable, reliable and organized.
• Ensure client satisfaction on all projects.
• Valid Class 5 license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
