Raven provides Commercial Roofing Services for both new and re-roofing projects located in all parts of the lower Mainland. Our clients are Commercial, Industrial, Institutional & Multi-Residential. Responsibilities and Expectations

Attend new Roofing and Re-Roofing tender site meetings
· Meet with building owners/clients to provide re-roofing proposals
· Accurately measure and determine existing roof conditions
· Maintain existing and build relationships with new clients
· Prepare estimates and accurately fill out tender documents and follow up with clients.
· Prepare work orders and complete customer paperwork
· Prepare and give instructions to superintendents and roofing foremen
· Prepare and give sales presentations
· Order materials and supplies as required

Qualifications:·

Minimum 2 years experience in Roofing Estimating required , experience in the roofing field an asset (on the tools)

· Must have knowledge of various roofing systems: EPDM, TPO, PVC. SBS, BUR etc.
· Ability to read and understand specifications and tender documents
· Must be personable, customer focused and be able to present yourself in a
professional manner
· Proficient in MS Office and Excel based programs.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
· Physically able to set up ladders and access roofs
· Clean and Valid Drivers license

Education and Certifications

Red Seal Journeyman/Journeywoman in Commercial Roofing / Bachelor in Construction Project Mgt./Commercial Flat Roofing Estimating / Service & Maintenance Estimating
