Event Staff Job at Heritage Estate Winery and Cidery
Heritage Estate Winery and Cidery Barrie, ON
Heritage Estate Winery and Cidery is currently looking for professional and motivated candidates to be a part of our Heritage Estate Winery and Cidery event staff. This includes servers, bartenders, set-up & tear down.
This position focuses primarily on customer service and hospitality skills.
Job Duties:
- Assist with the necessary set-up for the event.
- Provide excellent service while serving guests, always acting friendly and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Clear dishes and help serve dinner courses as necessary.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Must be 19+ years of age
- Possess excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills allowing them to work well with other team members
- Be motivated and dependable
- Have strong attention to details
- Willing to follow direction and should ask questions for clarification whenever unsure.
- Required to be available Weekends (Friday-Sunday) due to the demand of the industry and have access to reliable transportation due to there being no access to the winery by public transit.
- Required to be Smart Serve certified, and legally able to serve alcohol in the province of Ontario.
- Required to have a Food Safety Handler's Certificate
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

- Barrie, ON L4M 0H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
