Executive Chef Job at Marine Room
Fishbone Restaurants known as a leader in Upscale Dining within the Simcoe Muskoka and York Regions, is searching for a talented, ambitious, driven and detailed Executive Chef to head our Kitchen at Marine Room Gastropub at Friday Harbour Resort in Innisfil.
We are a Hospitality driven restaurant, providing a smaller menu that is focused on doing what we do, well.
Must have tremendous attention to detail with plating, organization, managing and mentoring staff, have understanding of financials, Food Cost controls and Labour Cost Management.
We believe in rewarding performance.
This position calls for roughly 50 hours weekly
