Family Practice Physician Opportunity

Location: Ottawa (East), ON

Primacy Management Inc., a division of Calian Group Ltd., is currently looking for qualified Family Physicians to OPEN or RELOCATE their practice to our Medical clinic space within the Loblaw Store on the main level. Located at 216-1980 Ogilvie Road, Gloucester, ON., this high traffic location is ideal for two (2) or three (3) Family Practice physicians plus Walk-In services 6 or 7 days a week.

Mandatory Qualifications:

· Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario

· Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)

Clinic Space:

· 1550 sq. ft. built out medical clinic space with leaseholds including, built in cabinetry, reception desk and waiting/exam room patient chairs

· 4 Exam Rooms

· Weigh Station

· 1 Lab/Treatment Room

· Physician Offices

· Staff Kitchen Area

· Storage/File and Server Room

· Staff Washroom

· Patient Accessible Washroom

· Waiting Room
