Our growing company is currently looking to hire a Field Ticket Administrator to join our People and Culture team, based out of our Calgary or Grande Prairie office. This role is Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm and is a 6 month temporary term position.
Responsibilities:
As our Field Ticket Administrator you will be responsible to:
  • Review transactions on a daily basis to ensure validity and accuracy
  • Enter data information into the appropriate databases/Excel Spreadsheet
  • Monitor and update existing data when required
  • Retrieve data for team members upon request
  • Solution any reported field ticket issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Complete weekly reviews of employee hours, double check overtime and any duplicate tickets.
  • Maintain applicable rate sheets
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in similar administrative role
  • Post secondary certificate or diploma in Office Admin or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering job numbers and invoices.
  • Experience with Word, Outlook, and some knowledge of GP Dynamics or similar accounting systems is preferred.
  • Intermediate expertise with Excel spreadsheets, formatting and use of formulas.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
