Fleet Adminstrator Job at Tirecraft

Tirecraft Ingersoll, ON

Assist Fleet Manager with daily tasks that include but are not limited to:

  • Filing maintenance documents
  • Billing invoices from Costar
  • Processing monthly lease invoices
  • Monitor equipment builds (cumulative invoices for parts and labour) to bill end user
  • Work with insurance and registration documents as needed
  • Payable invoice review
  • Compose lease documents for proposal to end user
  • Pick up and deliver parts if needed
  • Answer phones as needed
  • Transporting vehicles as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean abstract; D license is asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact with a wide variety of individual and personalities
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passionate about customer service
