Front End Service Clerk (Airdrie) Job at Calgary Co-Op
We're currently seeking a Clerk to join our Customer Service team! This position reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisors, and some of the main responsibilities include;
- Opening and closing duties, setting up storefront, filling supplies, cleaning mats, preparing and assisting in organizing deliveries and providing wrapping carry out service to meet customer satisfaction
- Provides customer service and maintains positive customer relations through the proper handling of questions, comments, requests and complaints.
- Performs duties following established Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental regulations and policies to ensure the health and safety of all staff and customers
- Handles merchandise ensuring quality, minimizing damages and markdowns
What skills and abilities will you need to be considered?
- Grade 9 or acceptable combination of education and experience
- Must be fluent in English (CLBA-Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment score of 5 or higher)

- Previous retail or related experience
