OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the front line communication with guests providing customer service preparing customer orders (food+smoothies+lattes)

prep : Hoping for someone organized and efficient that can complete prep and tough duties in a timely manner. Willing to work with others to maintain a safe and clean environment.

baker : Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens

that meets or exceeds corporate standards. To ensure proper service to the participants through knowledge of formal dining room standards. Provide an enjoyable experience for the guests adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output
• Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication
• Ensure company food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
• Uphold cleanliness of workstation

JOB FUNCTION:

- Report to work in full uniform as described in the employee handbook.

-Perform job duties in a consistent manner with the policy and procedures manual and employee handbook.

-Perform all side work assignments ensuring proper preparation, completion and presentation.

-Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all dining room equipment, ensuring the up keep of quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Complete opening duties such as setting up the restaurant for the best success for the day,

-Greeting guests, taking orders and processing payments

-Preparing food and drinks

-Managing delivery and mobile orders (skip / uber eats)

-Assembling orders and packaging take-out and delivery

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be experienced in dealing with customers efficiently and politely. Knowledge of
formal service standards a plus. Some experience with cash handling/credit card billing helpful.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
