Full-time Warehouse Worker Job at Country Grocer

The Country Grocer Warehouse, known as Island Independent Buying Group (IIBG), is looking for a Full-time Warehouse Worker/Order Picker to join our team at our Chemainus Warehouse.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a rotating days/evenings schedule with Saturday availability
- Must be available to work 40 hours/ week
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the warehouse in an industrial area of Chemainus
- An ability to count and keep track of numbers
- Ability to read and pick orders
- Ability to walk and stand on concrete for duration of scheduled 8 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Some of what you’ll do:
- Pick and pack product orders
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Experience:
- Warehouse experience an asset
- Forklift/ pallet jack experience an asset
Compensation package:
Wage:
- Full benefit package at 6 months
