A group of companies within Property Management, Realty and Construction in Ottawa, is seeking a General Manager/Property Manager to join their team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for properties
- Promoting the organization’s brand
- Coordinating and overseeing the leasing process including: prospect management, application processing, executing housing agreements, suite assignments and general administration
- Develop a marketing plan and a marketing strategy for retention and renewal
- Reporting weekly on traffic and leasing results against expectations
- Monitoring of budget
- Train and motivate managers and front-line employees
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of Property Management experience in a Senior role
- Proficient in MS Office tools: excel and word
