Group Director, Finance - CANADA Job at The Coca-Cola Company

The Group Director, Finance Canada will be responsible for the following:

System Performance Management

  • Cross system and coordination on all Canada finance matters
  • Partner with Canada General Manager and business leaders on all finance matters
  • Manage financial performance routines for Canada Operations (Franchise including Foodservice)

Business and Global Function Partnering

  • Leverage analytics to support Canada strategic business decisions and joint business plan with bottler.
  • Coordinate and drive alignment within NAOU Finance network and with Canada Bottler CFO.
  • Enable comprehensive, objective and structured decisions support for Canada system analysis
  • Provide continuous assessment of inflight initiatives and projects to adjust/refine as necessary considering business risk and return
  • Perform rigorous post-project performance analysis to infuse learnings to Canada and NAOU

Transversal & other Enterprise Initiatives Partnering

  • Finance partner for enabling NAOU projects
  • Finance partner / point of contact for platform services initiatives related to Canada

Position Goals/Objectives

  • Business Partnering with the Canada General Manager, NAOU VP Operations Finance, and all Canada functional support (strategy, marketing, IT, etc.) on all Finance related matters, including development of long-term plan and 5-year joint business plan with bottler.
  • Business Partner with Canada General Manager NAOU Operations Finance

Experience

15+ years of leadership experience in several businesses, interacting with Senior Leadership

Work Focus

  • Ability to analyze complex issues and bring together multiple concepts across functions to define the strategic direction for the business.
  • Ability to interact/communicate with the Senior leadership of Canada system and NAOU Finance and Operations on complex issues including business models and field performance

Communication Focus

  • Communicate with internal Senior Leaders and external parties (Canada Bottler, other Companies)
  • Communication includes responsibility for sharing information, influencing others (Senior Leaders, Canada Bottler) and negotiating with others
  • The job deals with situations where other parties have shared interests or opposing interests, (frequency: on a monthly basis)
