- Training Sessions - Responsible for conducting high quality personal training and team training sessions.
- Client Engagement/Involvement – Facilitate client success tracking and uphold client attendance.
- Service Excellence – Provide ongoing support and accountability for clients.
- Knowledge – Possess the skill and ability to conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participants.
- Facility Excellence – Assist with maintaining club standards.
- Nationally Accredited Certification OR become certified within 90 days of employment
- Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
- Strong communication skills
- Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great attitude
- Must be coachable
- Must be able to instruct others on training techniques in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals
