Summary

If people and e-commerce are your passion, this role is for you! As Ecom Team Lead at the Guest Education Centre, you will manage, coach, support, and elevate a group of order supports. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to elevate guest experience and create solutions for e-commerce issues as they arise. You are a maverick when it comes to delegating, providing in the moment feedback, and following up on outstanding issues.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to Order Supports.
  • Manages the development and delivery of e-commerce projects.
  • Communicates and works closely with cross-functional partners to discuss trends and issues related to e-commerce.
  • Communicates e-commerce issues that impact guests or service levels to GEC leadership and works with cross-functional partners to implement solutions.
  • Participates in, and facilitates GEC leadership meetings.
  • Identifies and develops future leaders.
  • Participates in personal and professional learning sessions.
  • Fosters a strong team environment.
  • Reports to the Operations Manager, Guest Experience.
  • Performs additional projects, duties, and assignments as required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills; this includes proficiency in Microsoft Office, an ability to type 50 wpm, and strong experience navigating the internet.
  • High school diploma required, post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Experience as an Order Support or Team Lead preferred.

Working Conditions

  • At a desk for up to 8 hours/day.
  • 40 hours a week with potential for overtime should the need arise
