Mysa Nordic Spa & Resort is Prince Edward Island’s first Nordic Spa. Located in St. Peters, Mysa will offer a wide range of spa and relaxation services including Scandinavian hot baths, essential oil steam rooms, cold water plunges, a Finnish sauna, massage therapy, meditation, and relaxation sessions. The resort will also include 17 water view accommodations and world-class food and beverage. Mysa will be the premier destination for residents and visitors to heal, rejuvenate, and refresh. This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to join Mysa Nordic Spa as part of our leadership team as Guest Services Manager.

As Guest Service Manager, You Will

  • Ensure organizational standards of service are met and guest experience is impeccable
  • Provide leadership to the team including wellness attendants and housekeeping
  • Provide direction, coaching and training to team members on standards and operating procedures
  • Oversee guest check-in experience for spa services and accommodations, manage guest turnover and timing of arrivals and departures
  • Work closely with all Murphy Hospitality Group (MHG) head office functions including Marketing to communicate the overall vision of the spa
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with all departments within the spa to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, employee engagement and guest experience
  • Ensure the facility / rooms are cared for and inspected according to the highest standards

What You Bring

  • A diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, management or other relevant training
  • At least 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a customer service position
