We are seeking professional Guest Service Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates for this position have experience dealing with a variety of people in a busy environment and will enjoy helping others in a quick-paced, high-energy atmosphere. If you have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills and enjoy working with people, then this could be the right position for you.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to caller requests and solve problems.
- Provide information on hotel charges and amenities.
- Direct callers to the appropriate department.
- Stay calm in stressful situations.
- Interact with clients and communicate using the telephone and computer system.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chemainus, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
