Head of Production Job at Northern Bars Canada Inc.
Hi there! We are Northern Bars, and we produce high-quality, travel-friendly Nanaimo Bars for tourists and travellers. We are based at the Granville Island, Vancouver. In recent months, we have grown fast and now we are looking for a Head of Production to join us.
We are seeking a Head of Production to oversee the daily operations at our kitchen. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate with the kitchen team members and communicate daily production issues to the upper management, capable of resolving issues on the spot. The Production Manager will also be responsible for efficiency in production, taking measures to reduce cost as well as making sure that all deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Co-Founder and CEO, plan and implement production cadence and schedule.
- Reach production targets in both quality and quantity.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to our safety standards at all times
- Work with the CEO to improve product quality and develop new recipes.
