Our organization is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The candidate must have strong operations background and working experience with physio & Rehab clinics (with background in managing physical therapy, RMT and Kine). This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will also be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department and ensure that all staff are supported.
Responsibilities:
- Building a team of admin staff and Recruiting allied professionals
- Managing day-to-day operations
- Developing operations policies
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $32.00-$42.00 per hour
