The Millcroft Spa is currently seeking Holistic Therapists to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity to work with a tenured team, while gaining experience in a first class Spa!

As a Holistic Therapist your duty is to provide each guest with exceptional and high quality service. This is done with the utmost professionalism and friendliness and in an efficient manner consistent with the operation of a first class spa treatment facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
• Meeting established up-selling and sales goals.
• Providing body treatments.
• Performing expert body massage.
• Maintaining impeccable standards of sanitation at all times.
• Providing an immaculate environment for each Guest while experiencing their treatment.
• Ensuring each Guest experiences absolute comfort and relaxation.
• Providing assistance to fellow team members when required.
• Communicating the need for supplies or assistance.
• Promoting retail sales products and meeting sales quotas by educating guests in a professional manner.
• Having a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties’ products and services.
• Suggesting additional products and services meeting our Guests’ specific preferences.
• Assessing Guests’ individual needs to meet standards for additional products and services.
• Actively seeking ways to meet Guests’ product and service needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Registered reflexologist an asset
• Indian Head Massage certificate an asset

What you'll bring to the team:

• High school diploma.
• Training courses in Massage Therapy such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology.
• First Aid Training is an asset.
• CPR Training is an asset.
• Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.
