Our company is looking for a Home Renovations Contractor with a passion for home improvement and a proven track record of successfully completing projects. This candidate will have extensive knowledge of the construction industry and professional experience in home renovations. As a Home Renovations Contractor, you will be expected to oversee your own projects while meeting deadlines, staying within budgets and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and estimate contract price of home renovations.
• Order materials and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
• Hire subcontractors as needed.
• Make sure the home renovations are being done according to specifications.
• Interact with homeowners, resolving problems and answering questions.
• Respond quickly to customer concerns.
• Deal with customer complaints.
• Manage subcontractors and their work.
• Ensure the job site is safe.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
