Job Requirements:

  • Upkeep of facilities including: o Cleaning bathrooms, offices, hallways, kitchens, meeting and activity rooms by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and polishing o Empty and clean trash containers o Dusting of desks, furniture and other office fixtures o Mixing or blending routine cleaning solutions to proper concentration levels o Clean, strip and polish floors using buffing machines o Maintain equipment used o Wash and spot clean windows and walls o Other related duties as assigned
  • General knowledge of housekeeping equipment an asset.
  • Team oriented, with demonstrated positive problem-solving abilities
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Adherence to Health and Safety regulations including reporting/addressing safety hazards
  • Effective, positive communication skills.

Successful Applicants will be required to provide:

  • Police Vulnerable Sector Screening Check
  • Brantwood Pre-Employment Health form
  • Proof of current Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED (Level A) certification
  • Proof of educational qualifications (high school diploma)
