The Light Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments.
Schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Perform safety tours and ensure that exterior doors are locked
- Remove snow and ice on sidewalks
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
