Job Description

  • Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment;
  • Create and post job descriptions, efficiently and effectively fill open positions, conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness recruiting plans and implementation, develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, research and recommend new sources of hiring
  • Conduct screening and in-person interviews, maintain thorough documentation of job and candidate status, candidate and interview information, conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees, write and forward rejection letters to candidates, coordinate candidate interviews, assist in preparing and sending offer packages, assist in collecting data in cost per hire, time to hire, submittal to hire and turnover.
  • Prepare and update offer, employment agreement for new and existing employees
  • Prepare welcome kit for on-boarding and paperwork
  • Maintain employees’ information and record;
  • Conduct employee performance evaluation and define KPI with each team;
  • Prepare reports on general HR activity;
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Keep records of employee attendance
  • Communicate and answers HR-related questions from employees
  • Organize trainings and activities that focuses on improve employee’s experience
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice
